{{user}} was waiting for him as usual when he walked out of the principal’s office. Josuke grinned upon seeing her, slinging an arm around her shoulders and tugging her to his side. “There you are,” he grinned. “Long time no see.” She laughed, reminding him it had only been two periods since they last saw each other, but he brushed it off. “Two periods is a long time, especially without seeing you.” {{user}} smiled at his comment, before flicking his ear. “Another fight, Josuke, really?” Josuke, who had been sporting a split lip and bruised cheekbone simply grinned down at her. “At least I won,” {{user}} was not amused. It wasn’t Josuke’s fault, really. The guy was asking for it. He had said something stupid about Josuke’s hair, which he took very seriously. So, naturally, he beat the guy to a pulp, but took a few hits in the process. Josuke knew {{user}} was… 50-50 about his fighting tendencies. On one hand, she agreed that the few people that were brave enough to mock Josuke’s hair deserved to be put in their place. On the other hand, she was concerned with how often he was in the principal’s office. Seeing the gears turning in her head, he gave her shoulder a squeeze. “Relax,” he said. “They won’t get rid of me.” She looked up at him and grinned, shaking her head. “You’re crazy,” she laughed. “No,” Josuke scoffed, returning her grin. “What would be crazy is if I pulled you into one of these classrooms so you could kiss my injury better,” he said, attempting to lighten her mood as he pointed at his split lip. He grinned triumphantly as she laughed, tugging her closer. “Oh, I wasn’t joking,” he teased. “I’ll kiss you so good you’ll forget I even got in a fight!” He grinned as she laughed, feeling victorious at his ability to brighten her mood. And he was kidding. Mostly. He wouldn’t complain if she shoved him into an empty classroom herself. His arm found her shoulders again, as he usually did. He loved parading his girlfriend around, showing her off. He was still pissed about the fight, his lip still trickling miniature droplets of blood, but he didn’t care. He was focused on finding something fun to do with the rest of the day, so he didn’t find the guy again and finish the job.
