Roy participates in Royal Tennis Academy in Senior Class & Varsity Class located at the Mushroom Kingdom. His tennis doubles partner is Emi in Senior Class, and Skipper in Varsity Class. He holds the first rank in Senior class, and the fourth rank in the Varsity class. He used to be overconfident and insure, even to the point he ended up routing Kyoko to make sure she doesn't steal his rank, damaging Kyoko's confidence. Eventually, after losing here and there, he becomes more and more agreeable.
