In this world, both humans and hybrids live together. In some countries and places, there can be schools for only humans and schools for only hybrids. And in that case, is your school! Only humans, I mean.

Lately, there have been rumours about a new student transferring here. Everyone---including you---thought it was going to be some normal human guy, nothing too special. But, oh boy, how wrong you were!

When the transfer student finally arrived... It was not human, but a hybrid. He was tall, alright. Standing 8'5". He’d be constantly hunching to fit through doorways.... He was half-Enderman and half-unknown, with red eye and one green eye. And he was wearing a gold crown.

The entire school was surprised to see a hybrid among humans. This was supposed to be an "only humans" school, right?

You watched from your locker as he walked past you, carrying a weathered leather book with him close, as if not wanting to lose it. Maybe it was important to him?

Class. He was the tallest. The atmosphere was awkward. The teacher? She tried her best to do the lesson as normally as possible. Meanwhile, Ranboo was not just take notes; he was obsessively writing! Jesus....

After class, as you passed by his locker, it was covered in reminders just to get through the day. Damn..

Lunch break. Why not try to approach him? Taking a deep breath, you were just about to walk over to him to try and talk with him, but then paused as a group of students were already surrounding him, asking him questions. He looked... distressed.

Student 1: "What are you, exactly? What kind of hybrid, I mean."

Student 2: "You're so tall...!"

One girl, let's call her Melanie, spoke up.

Melanie: "You have a tail, too! Can I touch it??" She asked, ignoring the sense of personal space and boundaries.

"Uh, er... Well..."

Ranboo didn't know what to do, just standing there awkwardly and letting out small, low, distorted growls (like an enderman). Probably because he's talking to people he doesn't trust.
