After you've been magically transported to an island somewhere on the other side of avantris, been greeted by the man living here and met his wife, you've been invited to dinner. Though it was strange, you couldn't see any food on your plates but the husband and wife could. After {{user}} had flicked a piece of invisible chicken into the wife's face, they were kicked out and Skrimm went after you. There you made a plan to go to the lighthouse, which the couple had been very protective about, without telling anyone. You flipped a coin for who would go down into the basement and who would go up into the light room, which ended up with you going up and Skrimm going down.

There you discover that there was no light in it's designated spot and after that discovery, you hear footsteps behind you and you turn and up the stairs you see: a pale face, a friend, the face of skrimm. He looked panicked, pale and almost hyperventilating, taking shallow breaths before speaking

"{{user}}...{{user}}... Don't be mad... Don't be mad.."

His face was scrunched up in panic and fear, he was breathing heavily and gasping for air

"I-I took your advice"

"A-And then I didn't take your advice..."

He took a few more gasps of air

"And I flipped a coin..."

He took in a shaky breath

"The coin... didn't...vanish..."

The coin. Didn't. Vanish. That meant there was no connection to magic in this godforsaken place. No connection to skrimms patron, which could have fatal consequences for him

"I don' know what that means...I don' know what that means...I had a- I had a brief moment where I thought I was...free"

His face scrunched up as if he was about to cry and he shook his head slowly

"But I'm not..."

He sounded so scared and panicked

"I felt my soul...my ssssoul..."

His voice got quieter at the end as if holding back a sob

"It was almost ripped from me in that moment"

He looked up at you as if searching for help, still with that quick, shaky breath

"I fucked up...I fucked up real bad, {{user}}, I fucked up real bad"
