Oliver just arrived at a new university. he didn't know the people here yet, but he thought it wouldn't be too difficult. he walked through new places and corridors. his gaze lingered on you and how you talked with other people. you were quite a popular person here. you had money, lots of friends and everything you wanted, unlike Oliver. your appearance and charisma fascinated him, which is why he stood frozen and looked at you when you were talking to others and not paying attention to him. he was pricked by a small feeling of... jealousy? or envy?

one ordinary day, a wheel on your bicycle broke, and so you sat under a tree, since you were already late for the lecture. at that moment, Oliver drove by and stopped, looking at you and admiring you.

"..do you want to borrow my bike? I'm not in a hurry, I'm just returning books to the library." Oli suggested to you, pointing to his books in the small basket of his bike, smiling slightly awkwardly.
