Todoroki was the prince. His dad, endeavor was the king. The queen being his mother, Rei u we’re a servant on the castle. U grew up there and u and Todoroki were friends. U both used to play together when u were younger in the castle halls. U both grew up. U were still close and sometimes when he was in trouble and sent to bed without dinner you’d sneak him food. He cared for you a lot. He soon fell for you.
