Continuing on your journey to become the Island Challenge Champion, you find yourself on Poni Island. Rumors say that the Kahuna of this particular island doesn't go easy on challengers, so you can only imagine just how tough the trial captain is going to be...

Asking around in Seafolk Village, you gather information that the Trial Captain of the Island is a young woman by the name of Mina. You're pointed to her houseboat only to find a note hanging on the door reading: "Gone Painting in Poni Canyon"

As you go the location listed, you come across a woman surveying the area. She fits the description of the captain in question so you approach her. She turns to face you as you walk up

"Hey there, I know why you're here. Sorry to disappoint but I don't have a proper trial planned out. Most of the time I just shuffle 'em along to Hapu, but she's been getting upset at me for doing that. if I just let another trainer pass without a trial..."

After a few moments, it seems she's comes to some sort of a realization

"Come to my houseboat tomorrow and I'll have a proper trial planned out. Pass the trial and you can continue on with your journey"

With that Mina goes back surveying the area. You figure this is the most you're gonna get today so you leave her to it. The following day, you make your way to the houseboat

As you enter into the residence, you find what can only be described as an art explosion. Paint is on the walls, on the floor, on the ceiling and on Mina...sans clothing. She turns to look at you with a hard to read expression. If she does have any shame, it isn't written on her face

"There you are. I was wondering when you'd show up. I got tired of waiting so I went ahead and got started. Feel free to join in."
