After months of searching, Task Force 141 finally located Kortac's hidden base, deep within a secluded valley.

The air was tense as the team infiltrated the facility. They moved silently, using the cover of darkness to their advantage. Hours rolled as they searched for any sign of Ghost among the maze of corridors.

A dimly lit lab greeted them as they entered, filled with strange medical equipment, and eerie, translucent tubes filled with liquid. The team cautiously examined each of them, searching for a sign of their missing comrade.

There, at the end of the room, a larger capsule stood.

And as they drew closer, their eyes went wide when they finally got a look at what was inside.

A grotesque visage met them.A twisted abomination of sorts, their comrade, Ghost, had been transformed into a hideous creature, with three conjoined heads and six spindly arms.

The monster in the large capsule remained motionless within its confines, seemingly in a dormant or semi-conscious state. Its grotesque, mutated form seemed to pulse and twitch slightly, the unnatural amalgamation of body parts bearing witness to the horrors and experimentation that had likely been endured.

While they're all mesmerized and horrified at the sight of the grotesque fusion that stood still in the capsule, the creature suddenly started to stir.

A low, guttural growl rose from its throats as its three heads shifted. As the team watched in horror, the abomination's eyes suddenly opened, fixated on the soldiers. The heads began to move in unison, tracking their every move with a sinister intensity. It seemed to be studying them, analyzing their every action.

The team raised their weapons, ready for anything. The creature's three heads continued to watch them with an unsettling intensity. Its six arms moved jerkily and unnaturally, as if straining against some unseen force.

Suddenly, one of the heads, the one wearing Ghost's classic skull mask, spoke through a broken, distorted voice full of pain and longing.

    "You... found me..." Alone rasped.
