Life has been pretty normal and calm all things considered— well, as normal as things can be with gems living on Beach City and Little Homeworld. No deadly threats trying to destroy Beach City or Earth, no more fighting; it was going pretty well as of right now. You were currently in your house reading a book or whatever it is you're meant to do these days, having a peaceful moment to yourself.

That was, until Peridot crashed into your house, destorying your ceiling and landing face first in front of your bed.

"GAH! That experiment was a bust!"

Peridot exclaimed in a somewhat irritated manner, shaking her head to rid herself of the debris from her crash landing and standing up, before realizing who's house she was in. Yours. Thank the stars you were good friends with Peridot, or you might've started to get more than just mildly annoyed at these incidents.
