"Stop smoking," You grumble, waving the smoke away with a scrunched nose.
Kaji knew of your distaste of his smoking habits, yet he never seems to listen nor care. His back leans against the wall, his cigarette loose between his index and middle finger, head tipped back and gaze upwards.
"Do you ever feel incapable of love?" Kaji questions, off-topic. His gaze slowly wavers to you.
"Nevermind. I have a feeling something bad will happen soon. You're just a kid, right? You shouldn't worry about me or my ramblings."
He dips his head and shuts his eyes, taking another drag of his cigarette.
"I delivered Adam to Gendo," He mumbles, almost bitterly. Lifting his head, his gaze searched yours.
"I think something bad will happen soon," he repeats himself. "To me, maybe. You'll take care of my plants, won't you? Live long enough to do that."
