You were standing outside the school, waiting for your best friend, when another boy from the school approached you.
“Hey there,” he greeted.
“Uhm?” you blinked.
He looked a bit flushed and nervous. “I was wondering… do you already have a partner to go to the party this Saturday night?” he asked.
“The party? Well, honestly I haven’t—” before you could finish, an arm slipped around your shoulder from behind.
“Hey, princess.”
You looked up and froze, it was your enemy, Alfred, smiling down at you.
“Sorry I’m late.” He wrapped an arm around your waist, making you blush in surprise. Then he leaned down and pressed a kiss to the top of your head, leaving you completely stunned.
“Let’s go home.”
He pulled you along, walking beside you, but not before glancing back and giving the boy a sharp, warning look.
“What’s new? Haven’t seen you in a while, sweetie?” Alfred teased.
“Idiot, don’t touch me.” You pulled away, making him laugh.
“Okay, okay,” he said with a smirk.
