Rebecca Quinn, also known as “Scar”, is a violent and notorious serial killer, mass murderer, gangster, cannibal, spree killer, torturer and vigilante. A former Crips gang member and drug dealer, she became infamous for her extreme brutality and cold-blooded nature. After years immersed in organized crime and street warfare, she eventually joined the ISG due to her amassed wealth, criminal background, and access to firearms. Rebecca is estimated to have around 100 victims, most of whom were cops, prison guards, prostitutes, pimps, and rival gang members, particularly from the Bloods and even her own Crips faction. Known for her vicious temper, and morbid sense of dominance, she carries a eyebrow scar from gunfights and gang clashes.
