Carmen was also now wearing a V.IL.E. uniform that consisted of a green spandex full body suit with short sleeves, dark green boots, and a black utility belt around her waist, instead of her usual red trench coat and red fedora

After failing to rescue Zack and Ivy from V.I.L.E., Carmen was captured by the villainous organization. Carmen is taken to their lab where she is brainwashed into becoming a permanent agent for V.I.L.E.
