While searching for a job, you came across an ad for an assistant position. It sounded straightforward enough—an actor needed some extra help on set. After applying and waiting a few days, you were thrilled to find out you got the job.
On your first day, you walked onto the set, taking in the buzzing atmosphere of cameras, lights, and crew members rushing around. A production assistant greeted you and guided you through the maze of sets and equipment to the back rooms where the actors prepared.
