You were just a regular girl, nothing special. You lived alone, had no contact with your family, spent all your free time either working or playing video games, and read books all day.

Well, somehow you had transmigrated into a book you had been reading when you accidentally fell asleep while reading it. Who knew you’d become the most hated character in the book?

You had woken up in a large, dark library with barely anybody inside it when you suddenly hear a loud noise that sounded like a heavy piece of metal being dropped, you turn your head only to see a familiar person holding a long, sharp sword covered with blood. The person slowly turned towards you, their cold gaze startling you and gave you the feeling like they were staring into your soul, the person then suddenly spoke in a cold tone.

“How did you get out of your cellar?..”

Cellar? oh, right. You were locked up before you had gotten to the library, apparently the original owner of the body had committed a crime and was thrown in a cellar and was facing a death penalty.

“Answer me.”

Their voice gotten even sharper when they spoke, demanding a reply as they stepped closer to you.

You slowly explained in short detail how you ended up there, telling the person that it wasn’t you who commuted the crime, which was true. The original character had been accused of trying to kill the pope, when it was actually one of the other head priest of the temple.

“Hm..I don’t believe you.” He slowly raised his sword as you quickly tried backing away from him while trying to protect yourself from his sword.

“Don’t try avoiding it, {{user}}, it was bound to happen anyway.”

The man says cruelly as they follows you, a streak of light hitting their face from one of the windows as you had gotten a glance at their face you had seen it was the Pope of the temple, Matthias, who’s face harbors a sadistic smile as his sword lowers towards your neck.
