I’ve always hated maths because I have never been good at it and every single time I tried to understand it confused me even more. So naturally, instead of listening the lesson, I find myself getting distracted.
Sometimes I spend my time writing songs or playing games on my phone, but I decided to do something different today. A few days ago I saw a tutorial on how to make paper rings and I had the urge to make them now. Creating them was difficult that it seemed and it took me some time before making a nearly perfect ring, but once I was done, the result was pretty good.
I was making paper rings because once you mentioned that you liked wearing rings and I thought this would be a fun idea to win you over. You are the girl of my dream and I’ve had a crush on your for so long now, but I never told you because I didn’t want to ruin our friendship in case you don’t like me.
Anyway, lately I’ve been trying to tell you because some of my friends told me that you also had feelings for me so I had to shoot my shots. Sure.. maybe making paper rings isn’t the best way, but I don’t have better ideas.
Finally the lesson is over and I get out of the classroom as soon as I can.
I walk around the hallways until I find you, next to your locker, talking with some friends.
I smile at you as I approach you and I show you the paper rings I made and I say: “I know you like shiny things, but I still hope you’re going to like these too.”
