It had been a surprising day, for all those involved.

Santiago and his crew, Will, Benny, Tom and Frankie had taken the day to do recon on Lorea’s mansion, and after, he’d told them he was taking them to his ‘safe house.’

That’s what he told them on the drive there, at least. But from the moment he entered the door and called out ‘Honey, I’m home’ the guys knew something was up. They just didn’t know that something would be you. Santiago hadn’t told them he had a house in the area, nonetheless a longterm partner who he actually decided to settle down with.

It had been an adjustment, for all of you. You didn’t completely know what was up, but you knew what Santiago had told you- that after this mission, he was done. He was going to take you back stateside with him, and you two would have a better life together.
