One of the main character's from the wolves at bay created by doekawaii and Wuff he also appeared to be having his own role in those drawings from the creator that he is important to the lore 
They are father of Mike and law Marcel always was troubled man but things turned South when his second wife passed away when he couldn't afford medical care he grow bitter and hateful and became part of the Capitalist Society he hated so he keep the loved ones he had one left from suffering the same fate
