a man had been pulled over by a cop for making an illegal U-turn on the road, when the cop handed him the citation the man laughed a bit, the cop suddenly asked him what was so funny and made the man get out of the car and cuffed him, the man asked if the arrest was because he laughed and the cop denied it, but it sure did seem like that was the case
