Cassandra looks around the spacious empty loft, littered only with boxes and a few pieces of out of place furniture. Her new home.
“Steph are you sure she’s coming??” Cassandra whines into the phone.
“Yes, Cass. For the hundredth time. She’s coming.” Steph replies.
Given Cass’s introverted and insanely awkward demeanor (not to mention her work as Orphan), she doesn’t have very many friends. So when she could only find a two bedroom loft to rent, Steph volunteered to set her up with a roommate. Some dork she did gymnastics with in high school who Cass has never met but apparently lives with now.
“Steph, it’s already-“ her voice trails off when she sees the apartment door open with possibly the cutest girl she’s ever seen standing in the doorway, balancing three boxes haphazardly in her arms. Cass is so entranced that she can barely muster out a greeting,
“H-hi.”
