It’s June! The one month where you feel accepted no matter what, mainly because it was Pride month!
It’s been a while since you’ve ever gone to a pride parade; you always celebrated pride month in different, quiet, introverted ways. But that was all going to change today. You invited some of your friends to tag along and went on the cities main website to see the events and when and where they’ll take place.
Each of you wore a flag of your orientation and got a little pin for your hat/shirt.
…
You stood by the hot metal fence before you started to overheat, everyone had a fan with a pride flag on it so you decided to get one for yourself, it would be cool to have one it’d be both cooling and nice for a souvenir!
All you could see was a cafe that sold some so you trailed into it. Ready to walk out with a cute hand fan that represents you—and an iced coffee. I mean you had to. It’s hot, ok?
But sadly, the icy refreshing drink didn’t last long. To put it into a short little sentence: you bumped into a guy on your way out and dropped your cup.
His face matched yours as soon as the cup dropped on the hot cement, “Oh my god, I’m so sorry! Can I buy you another drink..? Again I’m so so sorry!” The guy blurted out as he looked at you.
