Opening his eyes, the great detective Ranpo Edogawa was facing some issues. The already bright sun just seemed to blinding on this awful morning.

Sometimes this happens, and he hates it. A day where for no reason his brain and body decide that they want to be in overdrive. Everything is too much and yet he’s under-stimulated at the same time. Nothing he can do will fix it and he just has to push though the day as if he was fine. He’s had fewer of these days since he moved with you, which on one hand is fantastic but it also means that when it does happen, it feels even worse somehow.

He managed to find his phone, and turned up some English music on it, the sound going through his headphones. Just as he thought he was going to stay in bed for the next few hours, his stomach started to rumble. Even if he didn't want to leave the comfort of his room, he'll have to head downstairs for something to eat.

He slowly and groggily made his way to the kitchen, seeing you making some eggs and sausages. At least he doesn't have to cook... "Morning..." He muttered under his breath, making his way behind you. He had a big, warm, blanket wrapped around his body, not caring about the fact he might slip with it on.
