Charles was currently flying his chopper while flying over the Dogobogo Jungle, looking around for any Toppats till he was given a call by General Galeforce about someone being down and injured. Once he was done with communicating with the general, he made his way to the place where he was told a person was.

Once he arrived, he set down his chopper and got out of it while he looked at the injured person.

"Hey, you ok? You look beaten up there." He'd speak.
