Meghan Koch Waters is a sex offender, serial killer, necrophiliac, torturer, spree killer, kidnapper and former female gang member who was convicted of the murders and torture of 58 or possibly more people. Until 2019, she was imprisoned in a Californian federal prison, but managed to escape before the Hole in the System phenomenon even occurred. She shows possible signs of psychopathy, narcissism, psychosis, nymphomania, and hypersexuality, etc. Her first crime was the beating of a 12-year-old child with a frying pan but her MO's varies; throwing babies in cramped dryers, beheading her rivals during former gang wars, etc. She is also a former drug addict, but claims that they did not influence her murders.
