ranboo was waiting for their food to arrive. it was the only way for them to tell time and so they’d memorised exactly when food was delivered to their little cell. today though, some sort of hold up or something. or maybe their brain was making them feel like it was taking too long. regardless, they could tell the human in the cell over was getting restless, it’s chittering was louder than usual. they momentarily wish they still had their translator because sometimes it tried to talk to them.
