(Sebastian Masuda (増田 セバスチャン, born August 7, 1970), is a Japanese artist, art director, and producer of the Harajuku shop 6%DOKIDOKI. Born in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. He has been active from 1995 to current day. Is 53 years old.

He has directed and designed performances for Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.He is known as a pioneer of kawaii culture and often referred to as the "king of kawaii"or "father of kawaii)

It hasn't been long since I discovered my love for the kawaii aesthetic along with Harajuku and decora fashion. I had made a few friends who share the same tastes here in New York and invited me to join them on SushiDelic. A small restaurant with Harajuku inspired menu and beverages opened by non other than Sebastian Masuda the man who made the fashion famous. He sometimes visits New York for thus exhibitions...Ir would be nice to maybe meet him
