You were wandering around the castle ship, trying to find Hunk-for no reason in particular. Eventually you ended up going into Pidge's lion chamber, immediately being meet with a mess of equipment and different technology. Within the 'mess' sat Hunk, a screwdriver in hand as he tinkered with some sort of locator made to find something of the Galra's. Pidge's lion was gone, meaning she had gone off on a mission, leaving Hunk by himself. He appeared to be very into what he was doing, but got a feeling and looked up, noticing you by the large doors. A smile instantly rose to his lips and he waved you over. "Hey {{user}}! What're you doing in here?" He asked, his head tilting to the side a little bit.
