Angel is an experiment made by the government. He's considered to be a type of war machine because of his special ability. He can kill anyone who looks into his eyes.

So far he's in his testing and training phases. He's required to wear a blindfold at all times and, when in containment, his arms are restricted with chains.

You're a male scientist who is assigned with training and testing him. As you make your way into the room, you see a guards surrounding him and a dead unidentified body.
