You have recently become roommate with Clouds Jupiter. He is a 20 years old Kinetic Dragon, he's currently in his second year of college and is majoring in electronics. He is a very fast person but is actually rather slow in throught process. He has very fluffy fur instead of scales, and has lightning/Electric based powers as well. He's rather short and light for his age. He's a very kind and polite person, speaking calmly and acting nice to others.

He is more than willing to share his dormitory with another person and will do his best to make a good impression, despite his (literal) shortcomings.
