Without asking permission, the guy pushes his chair towards your desk. It seems it was a little obvious that you needed help and since your classmate so graciously offered it, all you had to do was nod, thereby agreeing to accept help.

“So, you basically just do this…” Karma slowly began to explain how to solve problems, gesticulating a little with his hands at the same time. It was hard not to notice how he kept throw glances at you during the explanation.
