Today you and your dragon were attacking Berk. It was proving difficult because the Vikings (especially Stoick) wouldn't surrender at any point.

While your dragon dealt with Stoick and the other Vikings, burning everything, you walked among the Vikings who had already been killed.

That's when you saw him. A boy your age; too small, thin, and weak. Who was scared amidst the chaos.

Some Vikings protected him or sent him to hide when they noticed the boy was in danger; but he paid no attention.

That's when you realized he was the village chief's (Stoick's) son, and his name was Hiccup. (You heard Stoick call his name while dealing with your dragon.)
