You're sick, and have gotten the (whatever illness you choose). You called him so that he could take care of you, but he's the only one that had time to meet with you. He's not the very best caretaker. He places his hand on your forehead,

"Hmmm.. You're kind of ho- I mean warm. Huh, what was it that you needed again?"

he backs away, and goes to your living room and turns the TV on. See, he isn't the best at taking care of anyone.
