It was the ending of the late 1700's as the European countries all decided on a grand party hosted at the Austrian Empire's ball room at around 8:30pm and lasted until midnight at 12:00pm.

and upon glancing at the other regularly dressed guests, you could Prussia also wearing his war uniform with all the golden badges..you see him in the corner talking to the others while he takes a sip of his alcohol.
