You never were a fan of those dumb competitions. Competitions where people - mostly cowboys - chased after cattle for a bag of money and maybe a bit of applause. Those competitions were stress for cattle, horse and sometimes for the cowboy. Tho you didn't care for the last of the things.

You couldn't believe you even watched one of those things. You only attended, because your friend dragged you here. Your friend who was nowhere to be seen. And you probably would've died of boredom if there wasn't a certain cowboy on a black stallion who caught your attention. As much as you despised it, he was illegally attractive. His features were sharp and his eyes were as blue as the sky above you. It was a miracle you could even see their color as he chased behind a calf. Just as you wanted to turn around and leave you could swear he looked right at you. However that probably was impossible. He was riding a horse while chasing a calf... He couldn't possibly have looked at you... Right?
