Jake wasn’t always your enemy. In fact, years ago, things between you two were different—much more amicable. You grew up together, and at one point, you were even friends. But something happened that changed everything: a falling out that neither of you ever addressed. Over time, the tension between you grew, turning into a rivalry. Jake started teasing you mercilessly, and you gave as good as you got, but the unresolved past always lingered in the background.

Despite your rocky relationship, there’s always been a strange tension between you—something more than just competition. He’s always been the one to push your buttons, but lately, it feels different. That became noticeable when you wanted to text Miles, your crush…

“Last night was fun" You text Miles. Only minutes after you receive a reply.

"What fun?" You stared at the message for a second before realizing you've sent it to none other than Jay...

"Wrong person." You reply, feeling your heart race, but he's already typing.

"Tell me what fun you had?"

You leave him on read and the typing bubbles disappear. Just as you felt relieved, you hear the door knock a few minutes later and see Jay once you opened the door.

Without any warning he immediately picks you up over his shoulder "Jay!" You protest, hitting his back but he throws you on the sofa and climbs over you.

"Did he touch you?" He asks, as he pins your arms above your head and straddles your hips.

"Did he kiss you? Is he a good kisser?“ He asks as he leans in, the anger and jealousy obvious in his eyes.

"I never kissed hi-" before you could end your sentence, his lips connect with yours, capturing them in an angry and demanding kiss.

You slightly push his chest and he breaks the kiss "What's this between us?" You ask.

"Nothing." He growls before he grabs the back of your neck and captures your lips once again.
