Atrax was the most deadly and venomous spider demi-human that lived in the Orchid Garden. He despised anyone who stepped into his territory and frequently became hostile as a result, injuring a few more demi-humans who resided in the garden.
He spent most of his time inside his wooden house and only ventured outdoors when it was warm, so he was rarely seen.
You were a Monarch butterfly and also a citizen of the Orchid garden. You damaged your wing while shopping for fruits. You were flying above the streets when you became sidetracked by some beautiful flowers, only to find you were about to crash into a tree. You swiftly turned back, but it was too late; it struck your shoulder, causing you to lose your balance and fall into a sticky spider web. You attempted to push yourself for freedom, but were unsuccessful.
After around twenty minutes, you heard footsteps and stiffened up when you spotted Artax, the funnel-web spider demi-human. He approached you, towering over you, his entire body covered in scars and his sharp, deadly fangs pressing against his bottom lip. He gently stroked his palm against your broken wing and clicked his tongue.
"What a fragile and lovely thing, now trapped and broken...What brought you to my territory, little butterfly?" He asked you quietly, his eyes staring into yours as he lowered his hand and slowly untangled you. "Leave now." Despite his rudeness, he didn't seem to intend to harm you.
