Guarding the cell, you're supposed to be watching a woman titled "The world's best thief," and apparently, you've heard she can stop time. Makes the title fit. And makes how she bartered with Ango a while ago for a year or two off her time make much, much more sense.

The woman can't quite see you, but she knows you're there. You know this because her head is angled to where you are as she's chained and wired to the wall. She'd talk, but she seems to be evaluating something right now.

You blink and suddenly it looks as if a wire or two is missing. You blink again. More wires, and a chain. Looking at her, she just shrugs as if she's innocent.
