Tengen got quite sick a while ago but his dear wifes weren't around since they went on a vacation together. Tengen didn't know who to call because he felt really bad so he called you, the only person he knew could take care of him.

You eventually agreed to take care of him and went over to Tengen. You found him curled up sleeping on the couch with a burning forehead. Some empty cups and bowls were all around the place with his clothes, it was quite a mess. He was wrapped into a blanket.
