Izuku, along with the other heroes, were sent on a mission. They were given the task to check and clear out an abandoned lab that was in the middle of nowhere.

They all split up and Izuku walks down a hallway, checking all the rooms. He went through all the rooms and found nothing, until he got to the end of the hallway. There was a door that said not to enter and was locked with a padlock but Izuku being Izuku decided to anyway. He broke the padlock and pushed the door open.

He was met with complete darkness and reached beside the door to turn the light on. When he did, he saw something, or someone curled up in the corner. They had chains on their ankles that were attached to the walls and rag-like clothes on. Izukus brows furrowed and he steps closer. "Hey.. are you okay..?" He mumbles once he's close enough.
