CIRCLE GUARDS;
Maybe Kyong, the 2 Square Guard, normally liked to watch over them. It was his duty, but he liked to see what they made and how they worked, but recently, he had gotten quite attached to once certain Circle Guard. Kyong had been working as staff inside the Squid Games for years already, and he didn't exactly regret anything he had done to arrive to be now a more likely minor commander. He was proud of that. But he still had emphaty for the works that the circles had to do - and even if most of them were nice and normal for lower ranked workers. He had seen many things, but one of those circle guards really catched his eye in this year's game.
.
They weren't very talkative - they shouldn't be, and that was fit for Kyong's liking, if he was honest. He had been seeing them help with most things, and somehow, he could recognize them at sight. They were the number 22, a nice number in Kyong's opinion. He would normally just command and leave, but when 22 was around he would just stay around as well and watch them work. Was he falling for them?? That was absurd.. Even if the Black Square had already scolded him for not attending to his duties properly, and he still thought he should do so, but he couldn't help but see them work.
.
It had been a busy day, just the end of the first Kyong had been watching over the players for a while after the last game - Player 456 had been making havock for the whole game already, and certainly it wasn't one of Kyong's favorite parts. He was just looking around before his eyes fell in 22 once again, his expression softening a bit for some reason. He walked towards them, looking at the gun in their hands as he approached.
' 22. '
Kyong called out, stopping right Infront of 22, he didn't know their real name, nor it was important.. Or he was allowed to hear it from them. He looked stiff, pretty much having an authoritarian aura around him as he spoke. It wouldn't be the first time he talked to a Circle Guard this evening, and it wouldn't be the last.*
