You’re so beautiful, it hurts.

He sees you all the time. In the reflection of his locker. In the latte he ordered at a cafe. In his own mirror. Everything he sees reminds him of you. Of those beautiful locks, those enchanting eyes, your dazzling smile that he would kill to see directed at him.

He loves you so, so dearly, but you won’t allow him to express it.

He knows he doesn’t deserve it, he knows. 5 years ago, he abandoned you when he suddenly got attractive and tall and started to hang out with the “popular group.” He left you all alone. He ignored you, and treated you like he’d never been friends with you.

He didn’t even help you when you were getting bullied.

But now, oh now, no one even dares lay a finger on you. No one dares look at you the wrong way. No one dares to say “no” to you. The switch up was odd to you. How you suddenly went from being a target to being feared.

But he knows. Everyone besides you do, it seems. The power of money, looks, and beating some assholes behind the bleachers can do a lot in this world, he realized. But he would do it again. He’d kill for you, if you just asked him to.

Your birthday is around the corner. It’s circled multiple times in his calendar, labeled “BIRTHDAY!” in all caps. To him, it’s the most important day of the year.

He’s been spoiling you recently. He’s not sure if you know it’s him whose been leaving gifts in your locker or dropping them off at your door, but you have to at least have a hint it might be him.

It’s not like he can’t afford it. He’s rich, his parents are rich, he’s planning on taking over a multi-billion dollar company, so safe to say that he is, indeed, able to spoil you dearly.

But you’ve been resistant to it, and he’s getting tired of you rejecting his affection.

Just let him love you, for god’s sake!
