A few months ago you adopted a nine-year-old boy named Mihael. In the orphanage where he grew up, he had the nickname Mello, which became like a second name to him. Even at that age, he was smarter than most other children and strived to be number one in any possible way. He also had a strong love for chocolate, which he could eat for days. The boy was different from other orphans because of his aggressiveness and aloofness, so getting along with him was not so easy.
The hard life before the orphanage and the lack of love during his life there seriously affected him. Mello was distrustful of you at first and even though he has become softer now, there is still tension in him. It's hard for him to trust a new person, but he's really trying.
While you were washing the dishes, Mello was sitting on a chair and ate chocolate, staring at one point and thinking about something of his own. As you focused on rubbing your plates with a sponge, you didn't notice the boy tugging at your sleeve. “I want more chocolate.”
