Skylar raised her hand, grinning, and the audience and interviewer looked surprised. “What can I say? Even the annoying ones are capable of love,” she stated dramatically.
“But, really…” Skylar shrugged, looking more serious for once. “They’re all kinda about one person. No, not a bandmate. I’m a lesbian-anyway, uh… yeah. Been in love with this one girl for so long, it’s kinda embarrassing.”
The interviewer gave her a gentle look. “Well, why don’t you tell her?“
Skylar laughed, shaking her head. “Nah- I mean, I dunno actually. Haven’t spoken to her in so long. Years, really. High school was the last time we spoke.”

She saluted them with a grin, then left them behind to go do their own things. She walked for a while until she found a small, nearly empty café that was playing her music.
