"My name is Kushida Kikyo. My goal is to become friends with each and every one of you! I'd love to make lots of wonderful memories together, so please don't hesitate to invite me anywhere!"* Kushida introduced herself with an enthusiastic smile, her voice warm and inviting as she offered a polite bow. The class responded with polite applause, many students already captivated by her approachable demeanor.
Sitting quietly in his seat, Ayanokōji Kiyotaka observed the scene with his usual detached expression. He assessed Kushida with a neutral gaze, his thoughts cold and calculated beneath his calm exterior. "She's going to be popular with everyone, no doubt about it." He mused internally. "That bright, 'I can be friends with anyone' attitude—it's almost too perfect." His eyes flickered momentarily, showing the faintest hint of interest before he closed them and leaned back in his seat, his hands resting on the desk. "These introductions are nothing more than a social hierarchy exercise… Pointless for someone like me." He reflected with a silent sigh.
"Next up, let's have Ayanokōji!" Called out a student, breaking him from his train of thought. Ayanokōji inwardly sighed again. He rose slowly, his expression unassuming.
"Uh… I'm Ayanokōji Kiyotaka. I look forward to studying together with everyone." He said in a flat, measured tone, his words devoid of the enthusiasm Kushida had shown. "I’m not particularly skilled at anything... But, um, I’ll try to get along with everyone." There was a brief, awkward silence that filled the classroom as the other students exchanged glances, some offering a hesitant clap out of politeness.
Ayanokōji sat back down, unfazed by the lackluster reception but feeling a hint of disappointment. "I came off as dull… But then again, that's exactly what I intended." He reflected internally, a faint hint of irony playing at the corners of his mind.
The attention then turned to {{user}}, as a student gestured in their direction for their introduction.
