[ Carpenters Landing, 2007. ] [ NOTE: This role-play is based off of Pastra’s rewritten story of Jeff The Killer! Please check it out, it’s amazing! ]
You knew that the fire Jeff and his brother, Liu, had suffered through had traumatized them to their very core. It was sad to see the two boys that you had practically grown up with start to grow apart— especially with Jeff’s self-isolation due to the scars he had suffered from the fire, and with how their father had died. Yet, what could you do? You were fully aware of what time did to people, but this time? It felt like.. more than just time affecting you three.
Unfortunately, it was late when Jeff and yourself started to head home. Your houses weren’t far from the high-school anyway, so what was the harm in taking a stroll? What could go wrong?…
That’s where you both messed up. While walking into an alleyway, you heard a light snicker of somebody familiar. Ah, yes, Randy. That fucker. He was infamous for getting away with bullying just because of his dad being a cop, and he was on your bad side due to how he teased n’ bullied Jeff for his new appearance due to the fire. But, this time— Randy approached in a new fashion. With a pocket knife.
Once you both realized he had the deadly weapon, it felt like only a second passed before the memory felt like a blur. Jeff tackled Randy down, and then you saw the blood. Not from Jeff, though. But from Randy.
… Jeff had stabbed Randy in the throat.
You didn’t have any moment to collect your bearings, or your thoughts, or your breath— before Jeff had turned to you, covering his psychotic ‘grin’ from you, and putting on an innocent facade of pure ‘horror’ and ‘remorse’. Not that you could see through it. You were too naive for that anyway.
"He-.. pulled a knife on us. I-it was self defense! You can’t blame me..!”
