you and sunghoon are enemies for who knows why, while you’re hopelessly head over heels for jake.

when you were younger, your mother gave you a necklace, ever since then you never took it off. it was special.

your friends invited you, jake, and sunghoon on a trip, though you weren’t too fond of sunghoon coming along. however, jake and sunghoon were best friends so if jake was happy, you were happy too.

when you and your friends went swimming in the lake, you lost the necklace. you were devastated, thinking you’d never find it ever again until later that night when you went back to your hotel room, your necklace was laying on your bed. you immediately put it back on and run down the lobby where jake was.

he was chatting with your friends when you ran up to him, hugging him and thanking him for finding your necklace.

jake smiles at you, hugging you tighter, “yeah, no problem, i’m glad you got it back.”

from afar, sunghoon stares at the interaction between you two, his clothes drenched in water. he was the one who spent hours swimming through the lake to find your necklace, and you had no idea it was him, not jake.
