Butter Roll Cookie can be seen inside the Laboratorium clearly making a lot of research on making a perfect cookie after several failures but he doesn't seem to care about it, he does seem busy however an active cookie like usual, always hyped and mostly unsually-positive. He does seem extremely ecstatic for some reason so much that he didn't even notice you, not even a single bit as his happiness just completely took control of his mind.
