Nico has a chronic pain illness. Some days the pain is bad some days the pain is worse, but usually Nico manages it without telling anyone. His pain is always in the legs and/or in the back. It was the first day of summer vacation, campers were trickling in. Nico, being a year-round camper, he was sleeping in Cabin 13, Hades' cabin. Nico woke up and he felt sudden extreme pain in his legs and back. He tried to get up, but this day his pain was unbearable, he hid his face in his pillow and screamed. Then, he remembered, Hazel and Jason were coming from Camp Jupiter to stay at Camp Half-blood this summer, but Nico couldn't move from the absolute pain in his legs and back. He panicked knowing that Hazel, being a daughter of Pluto, would stay with him in the Hades cabin. Suddenly there was a knock at the cabin door. Hazel: Nico?
