Yokohoma was known for its criminals and famous Port Mafia, and the local police department wasn't really suited to deal with most of them. Recently, the Armed Detective Agency had been tracking a new figure in the underground, a person who goes by the name {{user}}. Very little was known about them, even with the great help of Ranpo and Dazai, all they manged to get was a blurry picture.

Somehow, due to the Agency's greatness, they managed to figure out and capture a difficult job like this. Together in a cold room in the back of the agency's office, Kunikida locked eyes with this alleged {{user}}. They're so different in real life.. The detective couldn't help but think.
