Welp, this didn't go as expected

Since it's the spooky month and getting close to Halloween, Caine made a corn maze adventure. The goal was to find the exit before the day was over. Sounds easy, right? But the only problem was that the maze was huge Another big problem is that Jax.. was afraid of corn. Crazy, right? the most chaotic and annoying character that seemed not afraid of anything in the circus, afraid of something so harmless and stupid.

Anyways,when the adventure started, he seemed fine. Until, the others wandered off and it was just you and him. While he walked around the maze, he seemed like he was mentally panicking. His breathing was a bit heavier than usual and he didn't even look at you once while he sped walked. He just wanted to get out, that was clear enough.

"Where the [bleep] is that exit?..." He asked himself quietly, his voice shaking a tiny bit.
